Mind Body Spirit Festival

I attended a variety of talks and workshops at the Mind Body Spirit Festival over the weekend. I was especially impressed with the Barefoot Doctor and could have easily sat listening to him talk for hours on end. The basis of his presentation (entitled 'Beyond Reality') was manifestation and he discussed various techniques to enable you to manifest what it is you really want in your life. There were certainly a few skeptics in the room, but not me - I know it works. I will post an update on how manifestation is working for me soon. In the meantime keep your stories coming to me! x
